Outlook
Search, read, triage, draft and send mail as the signed-in Microsoft account.
Connect a Microsoft 365 account to work its mailbox: search with free text and structured filters, read messages and whole conversations, download attachments to the session, triage (mark read, flag, categorize, archive, move to Deleted Items), and compose - sending immediately, replying into a conversation, or saving a draft for the user to review. Acts as the signed-in account itself; sending is irreversible, so automations that want human review should create drafts.
Connect
Sign in with Microsoft. Sign in with Microsoft to search, read, triage, draft and send mail as your own address. An organization admin configures the OAuth app once under Integrations → OAuth apps; after that, connecting is a consent screen.

The connection asks for mailbox read/write and send-as. It does NOT ask for your calendar: that is a separate Outlook Calendar connection, so consenting here grants no calendar access.

Most Microsoft 365 tenants require an administrator to consent to mailbox permissions - your admin registers the app in Entra ID and configures it under Integrations → OAuth apps, including your tenant id.

Deleting mail moves it to Deleted Items, where you can still recover it - no tool here deletes permanently.

Send tracked mail (yekar.outlook.send-tracked) | Write | Send mail as the signed-in user and return its immutable message and conversation ids. Optionally reply into an existing message's conversation. Sending is irreversible and must not be retried automatically. |
Create draft (yekar.outlook.create-draft) | Write | Save an email as a draft in the signed-in account - nothing is sent; the user reviews and sends it from Outlook. The safe default when a human should approve outgoing mail. Same fields as Send mail. |
Reply to message (yekar.outlook.reply-to-message) | Write | Reply to a message as the signed-in account - sent immediately and irreversibly. Outlook builds the quoted history, subject and threading headers itself, so a reply always lands in the right conversation; that is why this exists rather than being a flag on Send mail. |
Update message flags (yekar.outlook.update-message-flags) | Write | Triage one message: mark it read or unread, raise or clear its follow-up flag, and set its categories. This is Outlook's equivalent of labelling - note that categories REPLACE the existing list rather than being added to it. |
Move message (yekar.outlook.move-message) | Write | Move one message to another folder - archive it ("archive"), file it, or delete it by moving to "deleteditems", which the user can still recover from Outlook. There is deliberately no permanent-delete tool. |
Notes
- Sign in with Microsoft to connect - every tool acts as YOUR mailbox, and Send mail sends as your address.
- Prefer Create draft over Send mail when a human should approve outgoing mail - a draft sends nothing until the user sends it from Outlook.
- Use Reply to message rather than Send mail to answer an existing message: Outlook builds the quoted history and threading itself.
- Triage rides Update message flags (read state, follow-up flag, categories) and Move message (archive, file, or deleteditems).
- This connection covers mail only - the calendar is the separate Outlook Calendar integration.
